Welcome to StayLedger. By downloading, installing, or using the StayLedger app ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
StayLedger is a financial tracking application designed for short-term rental hosts. The app allows users to log income, expenses, and track profit and loss for rental properties. StayLedger is not a substitute for professional accounting, tax, or legal advice.
You may use StayLedger without creating an account. All data is stored locally on your device by default. If you choose to sign in with Apple, your data will be backed up to the cloud to enable multi-device sync. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the data you enter.
StayLedger offers a free tier and a paid subscription ("StayLedger Pro"). StayLedger Pro is available as a monthly subscription ($9.99/month) or an annual subscription ($99.99/year).
Subscriptions are billed through Apple's in-app purchase system. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
Prices may vary by region and are subject to change. Any price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
StayLedger may offer a free trial period for StayLedger Pro. If you do not cancel before the free trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the applicable rate.
You agree to use StayLedger only for its intended purpose of personal financial tracking for rental properties. You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
All content, design, and code within StayLedger are the property of StayLedger and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without written permission.

StayLedger is not a certified accounting tool and should not be relied upon as the sole source of financial record-keeping.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StayLedger and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to financial losses, data loss, or tax-related issues.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
